Personal Care Attendant
Our personal care attendants provide individualized, non-medical personal care services to individuals in their homes and communities who need assistance with caring for themselves. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Assistance with occupational activities of daily living
- Personal hygiene
- Housekeeping
- Laundry
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Companionship
- Respite care
- Other home, health, and wellness related activities
Hiring qualifications for personal care attendants include:
- A minimum of one year of direct patient care experience
- TB test and CPR/first aid training
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance coverage
- CNA certification (highly desired, but not required)
- Knowledge of personal care and home management skills
- Scheduling flexibility
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, and kneel
- Mental fortitude and ability to handle stress
- Good work ethic
- Compassionate and understanding
- Respectful of cultural differences
- The ability to work effectively as a team member
Home Care Assistant
Home care assistants provide individualized, non-medical home care services that allow seniors to live safely and independently in their homes and in the community. This can include, but is not limited to:

Hiring qualifications for home care assistants include:
- A minimum of one year of direct patient care experience (desired, but not required)
